Off-campus Practice Teaching Base
By establishing off-campus practice teaching bases, the program cooperates with well-known enterprises at home and abroad to educate people. There are 20 university-enterprise cooperation bases established with Kashi Dairy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and other enterprises, which are distributed in Heilongjiang, Hainan, Jiangsu, Xinjiang and other places, which can provide students with better practice opportunities. The off-campus practice base can meet the practical teaching tasks of professional students such as professional internship and graduation internship, and accepts about 100 students of this program every year on average, so that students can fully accept good engineering practice and training, improve their ability to deal with practical problems, and thus achieve the teaching goal of improving comprehensive ability. Feihe Modern Industry Academy
Focusing on meeting the talent demands of the food industry’s supply side and emphasizes deep integration between the University and industry, based on the establishment of university-enterprise cooperation bases. To this end, in 2021, East University of Heilongjiang and Feihe Dairy jointly established the “Feihe Dairy Modern Industry Academy.” In April 2022, the Feihe Dairy Modern Industry Academy was approved as one of the first batch of Modern Industry Academy construction points in Heilongjiang Province.
With the goal of improving students’ professional competence and sustainable development ability, the industry academy builds a demonstration teaching entity with distinctive features facing the transformation and development of dairy industry and regional economic and social needs, and cultivates high-quality applied and compound talents in the industry. The teaching of the industry-education integration module in the 2024 version of the training plan is completed through the joint formulation of talent training plans, joint compilation of teaching materials and joint teaching between the University and enterprises. The teaching form adopts the theoretical and practical teaching form of centralized enterprises. Students conduct internships in enterprises, and Theoretical and practical lectures are conducted by corporate teachers.
